Lobster House has been successful in introducing American style lobster rolls to Sydney Australia bringing the authentic style of Maine lobster rolls with a focus on high-quality ingredients and a commitment to affordability.
Lobster House has done this through participation as a pop-up at various markets and at high-end events and now proposes to establish its first permanent location in the Sydney CBD. Following the successful establishment of that first store location, Lobster House plans to open stores progressively in other locations in Australia.
